How can I confirm the child has not used this program within the last 12 months? |

Check eligibility through eClaim. If the child has used the Sight for Students benefit within the last 12 months, an error message will display. |

If the child has a gift certificate and uses it for an exam only and later that year needs glasses, can they get another gift certificate? |

Only one gift certificate can be issued per child in a 12-month period. |

Can the patient split services? |

Patients cannot split the services at another office. The VSP network doctor who provided the eye exam must be the same doctor dispensing the materials. |

Sight for Students patients may be eligible for vision therapy, which is subject to review and approval by VSP on a case-by-case basis. |
